Every head of hair is different, which is why there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to hair extensions.
Your extensions should be tailored specifically to you — your natural hair, density, lifestyle and desired result.
During your consultation, we’ll assess your hair, discuss your goals and recommend the most suitable extension method for you. We’ll also colour match your extensions to create a seamless looking finish.

INVISI Weave
Our most requested method, designed for a discreet, flexible, full finish. Refit time: 6-8 weeks.

Suitable for most hair types, especially finer hair or creating face framing. Refit time: 6-8 weeks

Suitable for thicker hair or curly/wavy hair as the beads are slightly larger than nanos. Refit time: 6-8 weeks

IMPORTANT
MATTING / POOR AFTERCARE
If maintenance is delayed beyond the advised 6-8 week time frame and/or proper aftercare has not been followed, resulting in matting or knots in your extensions and/or natural hair, a fee will be charged for the extra time it takes me to remove/refit your extensions
£30Additional fee for up to 30 extra minutes of removal time, if the extensions are maintainable.
If the extensions are not maintainable: your appointment will be terminated.
If you believe you have matting, please contact me before your appointment so I can adjust your time slot accordingly, if possible.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Lateness
Please arrive early to allow time for parking and other preparations.
IMPORTANT: Styled by Sash works back-to-back and has a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, resulting in loss of deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
Cancelling / Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact Styled by Sash at least 72 hours in advance of your appointment time. This allows your deposit to be transferred to a new booking date.
Any changes made within 72 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure another booking.
Deposits
ALL appointment deposits and hair extension orders are non-refundable. This is due to the hair being custom ordered and unable to be returned or exchanged.
By booking, you confirm that you have read and understood the current booking terms and conditions.
AFTERCARE
Keep your extensions looking beautiful.
Following correct aftercare helps maintain the condition and longevity of your extensions. The extensions have a lifespan of up to 12 months when properly cared for.
Washing
- Double shampoo using sulphate-free shampoo.
- Use your fingertips to gently wash your scalp.
- Avoid conditioner, hair masks and oils near your scalp as this will cause the beads to slip.
- After washing, separate Nanos / I-Tip beads individually to help prevent matting.
- After washing, apply your leave-in conditioner to the mid-lengths and ends before brushing your extensions with a Tangle Teezer / wet brush.
- When wet, brush from ends to the root, holding your extensions at the top to avoid beads slipping.
- Always blow-dry your extensions rather than leaving them wet.
Brushing
- Use a wet brush / Tangle Teezer on damp hair.
- Use a soft-bristle brush on dry hair.
- Brush regularly and gently to keep the hair smooth and detangled.
- Brush from the ends first.
- Hold your extensions at the root to avoid beads becoming loose and slipping.
- Lift your rows up individually to ensure you are brushing the natural hair that is left out between the rows as well.
Moisture & heat
- Always use heat protector before heat styling.
- Hair masks and oils are recommended on the lengths and ends.
- Avoid oils and masks at the roots, as this can cause your extensions to slip.
- Oil the ends daily.
Sleeping
- Loosely braid your hair before sleeping.
- Use a silk pillowcase.
Swimming & holidays
- Wear your hair up in the sea and swimming pools.
- Avoid your extensions coming in contact with sunscreen on your body, as it will affect the colour of your extensions. So it is best to wear your hair up during the day.
Maintenance
- Keep up with your advised maintenance / refit time.
- Delaying maintenance can increase the risk of matting and knots.
- If you are concerned about matting, contact Styled by Sash before your appointment where possible.

Before you book.
Do I need a consultation?
Yes. A £15 non-refundable consultation fee is required to secure your consultation. During the consultation, your hair is assessed, the most suitable method is discussed and the amount of hair required for your desired density is advised.
Do you supply the hair?
Yes. Hair can be purchased separately at consultation. Available lengths are 16" to 28", with straight, wavy and curly hair.
How long do the extensions last?
With correct aftercare, the extensions have a lifespan of up to 12 months. Your advised maintenance / refit schedule should also be followed.
What should I do before my colour match?
Please arrive with your hair at your desired colour for colour matching. If you are also considering a colour service, let Styled by Sash know beforehand so this can be discussed during your consultation.
